For Immediate Release
The world’s biggest DJ and critically-acclaimed producer, Tiësto will be at the Bell Centre on October 2, 2009. Tiësto joins forces with Australian electro pop-stars Sneaky Sound System for the new single ‘I Will Be Here’. This original production is guaranteed to whet the appetite of the millions of Tiësto fans around the world. Since the success of his GRAMMY nominated artist album Elements of Life in 2007, Tiësto has been incredibly hectic, without a moment to rest.
Tiësto is synonymous with the biggest songs in dance music and his success is being proven time and again with a long list of credentials that are unparalleled. Adding to his list achievements, which have included his live performance at the opening ceremonies of 2004 Olympics in Athens and selling out his 150 European date ‘Elements of Life’ world tour, Tiësto will be playing the first open air headline concert by any DJ at London’s Victoria Park this 31st of July.
The single is the start of a new musical direction for Tiësto marking a unique progression as an artist and producer. When asked about the new song, Tiësto says “After hearing Miss Connie's vocals I immediately wanted to work with her and the rest of the band in the studio. I am excited for everyone to hear the collaboration. I’ve been playing it out live and it goes off every night!"
From the start, the listener is immersed in Tiësto’s signature production style as Sneaky Sound System’s Miss Connie’s vocals weave throughout epic builds and breaks. Tiësto’s massive sound coupled with Connie’s powerfully soulful voice erupting on one of the most undeniably addictive choruses, ‘I Will Be Here’ is sure to be the one of the biggest dance songs of the year. The UK radio debut can be heard first, this Friday July 17th on Pete Tong’s Essential Selection radio show on BBC’s Radio 1.
